Well hello again, DeviantArt! It has been awhile, I blame the school work. And the graduating. And the videogames. And... to tell the truth I actually haven't been feeling like drawing things lately. It feels a little scary to think that something I have enjoyed and believed I was good at since age 6 or so could just stop being fun, but that's kind of how I've been. Since I've been using this journal thing to try to chronicle my growth as an artist I guess I might as well say that I believe my skills are getting better, but I actually just don't have the material to back those claims up. Sooooo... It's been a long time and I know that. I apologize. I wish I could say that I disappeared because I was secreted away to a hidden monastery somewhere in the Himalayas to hone my Kung Fu, but that would cost a lot more money and time than I am presently worth. As a person. Anyway, I got a 24-hour/day job this summer with my university working as an RA for Japanese exchange students. It was AWESOME, but I didn't really have time for anything else... Which is pretty much the same case now that school has started and I'm taking 1.66 or so times the usual course-load for the semester. Excuses aside though, I have been drawing a LOT mor

I am convinced that the only people besides myself that read these are my sister and my girlfriend, so here's to you two! ^_^ At any rate, things are going well, I've been playing around with a couple new line art stuffs and dabbling more in colors!
